Printer is offline or not responding ▼
Check that the printer is powered on and connected to the same network. Restart the printer and your computer. Remove and re-add the printer in your system settings. Update drivers from our
Drivers page.
Paper jam ▼
Turn off the printer. Gently remove jammed paper from the input tray, output tray, and rear access panel. Check for torn pieces. Reload paper correctly and restart the printer.
Poor print quality (faded, streaky, or blurry) ▼
Run the printhead cleaning utility from your printer software. Check ink/toner levels and replace if low. Use the recommended paper type. Align printheads through the maintenance menu.
Wi-Fi connection keeps dropping ▼
Move the printer closer to your router. Restart your router and printer. Re-run the wireless setup wizard. Ensure your router firmware is up to date. Try assigning a static IP to the printer.
Printer not found during setup ▼
Install drivers before connecting. Disable VPN and firewall temporarily. Use a USB cable for initial setup, then switch to wireless. See our
Setup Guide for detailed steps.
Error lights or error codes on display ▼
Note the error code displayed. Power cycle the printer (unplug for 60 seconds). Check for paper jams and supply levels. If the error persists, call our support line for model-specific guidance.
